TC - I agree with you. Did you read my post through to the end? "However, I also see 2 mitigating factors that might come into play to cause Ericy or NOK to voluntarily agree to a rate for 3G: ..." i.e. I believe that NOK will settle with IDCC even before the arbitration. MOT may still require litigation, but that will not be needed as a prerequisite to set 2G and 3G rates with NOK, IMO.

JAI, Petersimon - F&J drafted and filed IDCC's response to the NOK motion, so I expect F&J will represent IDCC at the hearing.
