Interesting check on location shows Attorney James B. Boone in the very same suite. It could mean either not the same location, the law firm moved out, they are sharing space, they may only want a temporary office and use the attorney's specialized services:

I briefly looked through the site and did not find any mention of Magic Money/stored value on the main pages. It is still present on the stratevoip/about page.
