Sanswired, what's important in the end is that they close deals and make money. It looks like during the recent reorganization, the new management took a very hard look at those who were producing and those who were not. So far, I like the results; it's about surviving and getting the deals done. It's a cold, hard world out there.
Sanswired the Reg FD states that the company must tell you of all Directors and Officers that leave the company, not all employees. There just isn't any reason to tell people these things for the following reasons 1. Good news is discounted because of the SEC investigation 2. Other news is taken as a bad fact whether it is bad or not.
