Sanswired the Reg FD states that the company must tell you of all Directors and Officers that leave the company, not all employees. There just isn't any reason to tell people these things for the following reasons
1. Good news is discounted because of the SEC investigation
2. Other news is taken as a bad fact whether it is bad or not.
