But thus far they have been successful in attaining this with printing shares.

There is never any back orders and no order is too large.

This is an excellent analysis of what may be hampering NSI.

Nevertheless, what isn't happening are regular and transparent updates to shareholders regarding this very issue.

They are getting there. Slower than otc traders want but even the snail can cross the finish line. The sluggish advancement though has allowed for better quality control methods and the water tech is solid so it has been a natural progression of improvements. Controlling the feed stock is a necessary part. It will only get better for production as we go forward.
