One hurdle they are going to have to overcome is getting the
end users (customers) to trust them to be able to sustain
a RELIABLE supply chain of in this case, shrimp.

Yes, the products quality may be very good, healthier, et al. But as a
small shrimp producing entity out in believe its LA found out, you NEED
a reliable, sustainable output so that your customers can depend on
getting what they need.

Was reading about this private entity and a problem they ran into was
they were counting on FEED STOCK from someone else, and that went
'bad' for them and all of a sudden their 'output' dropped off. And when
you have customers that NEED/WANT and all of a sudden its not there?

The last thing they are going to want happen is NOT having the product
to sell to their customers who could end up going someplace else.

So like what NSI is doing, trying to put ALL of the pieces in place from
controlling the feed stock to the final product. It has to be RELIABLE,
it has to be DEPENDABLE. And at this stage, controlling the QUALITY
of the feed stock would seem to be the biggest hurdle in being able to
guarantee a quality end product.
