IMO, they should pay very close attention to this issue for several reasons.

It is PHD. PILED HIGHER & DEEPER. This ticker has been DEAD for a very long time. You, Timing & other false pumpers will never succeed.
Give it a permanent rest to break even on the $ you lost FACE IT. Go on to the next play for God’s sake , this one is long gone except a sucker play Adnexus— in any experienced & savvy trader’s opinion.
You had a chance to sell your shares & make a very good profit like many of us did but you greedily held on & became bag holders. You stating you know certain peeps is ridiculous & only adds to your incredibly. If you did this ticker would have rose long ago & obviously you would be trading i Nassau not pennies. So you & others stop the very laughable BS that gives the OTC a BAD NAME. As you have said ( in previous posts) you are a small business owner with your daughter, let’s stop the embarrassment.
