Really good question. I wish I could tell you.
Obviously, with Chandra travelling happily along right now, they've got an investing partner, maybe one that was with them at ENZC and left with them too.
Chandra's mentioning a lot of partner talk, and a lot more partner meetings, even if half true, they must be showing their wares and test data which we're not allowed to see yet. Which is smart, but also a major mistake.
So far, on the new Adnexus website, there's only a snippet of published data about the Clone3/7 efficacy. They need at least a full study showing 90%+ efficacy, like the 95% they originally thought and publicly targeted as their test case success rate. They don't have to give away any trade secrets or even biomarkers in their study, keep that part private, but show the success rates and study size at least.
They also have talked about combining Clone3/7 with another partner product, no longer ITV-1, for a more rapid cure/success time in treatment. If they've shown any of this in real-time to an investor, CCC may indeed be "Delivering Christmas Early". Chandra quoted himself on Twitter/X with that yesterday.
If they've got this moving along, they could move into EU trials fast, and possibly FDA trials.
I offered Dr. Chandra some political clout in accelerating FDA trials, but CCC goes silent every time I offer to get them some major national exposure on this. That worries me a lot.
Capitalization, keeping word on that mum, means you're not pumping needlessly, and now that he's promised an early X-mas, he needs to describe how to fill our stockings, either through ENZC, or a deal on his new Ticker.
Otherwise, it's just hot air.
