Who could argue that the Rett juvenile trial was not a failure. It was. Sure, it showed a very strong signal - much greater effect than the existing approved therapy - still the trial was badly designed and failed to show statistical signficance. My hope is that Anavex gets on their horse and re-runs a better designed juvenile trial. Like yesterday.
