I share your concern that the engineering around the technology is so complex and patented as to be protected. Yet, talking and sharing even the littlest bits of information can trigger new solutions to old problems.

Update on Solomon's Petition for Review of Infringement Decision

Sure hope that they can defend the theft of their intellectual property.
We might want to watch this case, as it could someday be in Torvec's future to defend against this type of overseas thievery.
