Update on Solomon's Petition for Review of Infringement Decision

"March 2, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Solomon Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:SOLM) announced today that it has scheduled a conference call with investors on Tuesday, March 6, 2007 at 1:30PM, Eastern Standard Time, to discuss the Company's decision to petition the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) for review of the initial determination issued by the ITC administrative law judge regarding Solomon's claim of patent infringement against Toyota Motor Corporation, and certain of its affiliates. Additionally, the Company will provide an overview of its business plan during the call."

Sure hope that they can defend the theft of their intellectual property.
We might want to watch this case, as it could someday be in Torvec's future to defend against this type of overseas thievery.
