Solomon Petitions for Review of Infringement Decision

"After reviewing the specifics of the ALJ's decision, we believe that the facts in the case do not support his conclusions and do not meet the requirements for those conclusions as set out in the law," said Gary G. Brandt, Chief Executive Officer of Solomon. "While our case against Toyota has never been a major part of our business strategy, we continue to be convinced that the Toyota technology not only infringes our patents but is also a direct result of our educating Toyota's technical team, subsequent to the issuance of the patent, in 1992.

This company and Torvec are similar in so many ways, IMO....
They have promising technology.
They educated potential buyers.
They patented it very well.
They sent their technology to Mars with NASA.
They have gone to court to defend themselves.
Etc, Etc Etc.....

We may want to watch how the courts are able to protect these inventors.
It seems that the ALJ is on his knees and giving ground to the thief of the tech.
This is so sad.
