The one thing the company did that was flat out wrong of them to do was issue some of those statements in the December letter.

Wow, KCC, I’ve pegged you as a very informed and rational shareholder; but if you think the only issues with management are mismanaging shareholder expectations and botched PRs, and that Lebby is qualified to lead a nasdaq listed company, I fear you have checked your objectivity at the door. Let’s leave the science aside for the moment - the BOD to the executive management team have run this ship aground. They have overestimated their relevance to the market, underestimated their potential customers’ requirements, staffed the business with amateur screwups, and have consistently demonstrated their lack of understanding of the market’s expectations, all the while fucking shareholders while they lined their own pockets.

No, the $2 this POS is trading at now accurately reflects the value of this unable to achieve anything approaching a professionally run revenue positive company.

- fire Marcelli
- hire a competent CEO and CFO
- hire a big 4 accounting firm
- fire MZ
- end all non-revenue producing, non industry distractions
- establish a strong in-house sales and marketing team
- seek out and finalize a strategic joint venture
- rethink who should be a member of the BOD
- remove Marcelli from the BOD

Mismanagement of shareholder expectations was done on purpose to keep kicking the can and collecting a paycheck. That’s a criminal offense and FRAUD. This isn’t some oh well issue. These insiders are slimy criminals taking money from unsuspecting undereducated mom and pops and transferring that money into their pockets.
