I read that again. And it makes no sense. If he's going to file a form 10 to re-register the stock whether or not he collects any of the judgment, then what his he waiting for? And why did he allow the SEC revoke it in the first place.? And why didn't he continue to file before while the stock was still registered?? AND...There is NO way he is going straight to a "big board"...

THAT is total and complete bullshit. He's LYING.

I can answer those 3 questions... IT's because of the fraud and misappropriation of funds. He couldn't provide audited financials without risk of exposing that. There is much Klug has not told investors about. The SEC will have endless questions if he ever actually tries to re-register. Especially after Klug already gave them the finger. SNDD stock will never publicly trade again. I doubt very much he will even ever try.
