I spoke to him last week for 14min. Ultimate resolve of the litigation will lead to getting the filings in order (independent of if the monetary award will be collectible or not). While i tried to tell him the rationale of getting first back on the OTC, seeing a massive pps, doing a RS and THEN going to a higher exchange Klug insists that uplisting straight on a big board is his approach (I think that is full of hurdles and complicated given SNDD does not trade (therefore has no pps) and needs minimum price requirements. He said there are various options to do so, still. As always he stated that the current shares will be acknowleded in that procedure just as his own 300M+ shares will be. I don't think he believes that huge $'s will be collected despite a resolved lawsuit, but he said once resolved, given that the business and sales are still running on a low flame, the filings will make listing with success possible.
