I think you are putting too much focus on 150 day thing . In original PR they said they applied to be considered in 150 day pathway . I believe one of later filing said that they on track for faster approval . But even they knew what stage they are in , you still can’t rely on 150 or 210 days cutoff as MHRA is not bound by it and historically take much longer than that on average . So only thing they could have told you is if they received RFI or not , which if they did and was not something unexpected then they don’t need to share . Otherwise it will happen when MHRA gets to it .
You can be in the 150 day review and still be behind schedule. The MHRA has delays and backlogs. The 150 day is a target, a goal, not a guarantee. She can both believe they are in the 150 day review and not have received an RFI yet because the MHRA is so far behind schedule.
