On the other hand she did say they believe they are in the 150 day path so there were contradictions in what she was saying. Her use of future tense implied what you are saying but the 150 days and the bit about not commenting what stage they were in suggests otherwise.

You can be in the 150 day review and still be behind schedule. The MHRA has delays and backlogs. The 150 day is a target, a goal, not a guarantee. She can both believe they are in the 150 day review and not have received an RFI yet because the MHRA is so far behind schedule.
