What makes you say this? I'm quickly losing all faith in them. If they have ANYTHING in the works, they should put out a PR. Even if it's just that they have hired council. Even if it's just that they believe the previous board vote was fraudulent. They haven't even come out and said that officially. Only small hints, and very few of those have panned out on the last 3 years. This whole situation is sickening.
