I'm beginning, just beginning to think they (CCC) knows they'll have voting control soon, and they'll either absorb ENZC into one of their new companies or, most probably, looking over Charles' history, merge Adnexus with ENZC, something like that, so all shareholders are brought aboard.
I don't think it will take forever either, with long, drawn-out legal cases. I think once Harry is out, he bitterly remains in the shadows, letting the new company or ENZC version make his shares, which he'll still have, increase in value.

This could be a win-win for all sides, and I hope any further management failures of personal greed on the Zhabilov portion can be dissipated away. Zhabilov signed off on the IP releases back to the CCC group, which was just a formality, since Cotropia and Chandra owned them personally, so he has NO legal claim he could succeed with, and any ad-hoc suits could be dismissed in simple hearings if he were dumb enough to go back on his separation agreement from this last March.

One thing reinforcing my gut feeling, CCC is showing public disdain, but not out-of-control spite for Harry and seem all-too confident that they are completing all objectives.
Oh crap, this is thin, but for once CCC, prove me right.
