To be fair, Lebby only eluded to the possibility of an agreement for the remainder of 23’ and going into 24’.

His language was clear to me that he was talking with empty forward looking statements, like he does most of the time.

‘We are planning to . . . “ is completely different than; “we are currently. . .”

There is a group here that simply cannot comprehend the difference.
