We know they are always planning to do this or that but when he puts out a formal press release about closing deals by end of December you would think something would get signed in the past 7 months. What made him think they would be completed by the end of December to put out a press release about it and not follow through.
At the time I turned positive because I while I didn't expect anything significant to be announced, he had gone out on a limb in a way that if he didn't deliver he was going to be in trouble even with some of the believers. So I thought he would at least announce SOMETHING that would sound decent.
As it turns out it appears the truth was Marcelli was just really concerned about the bottom dropping out of the price, and so they painted themselves into a corner. The attempts to repair that damage have not gone well.
