Thanks for the write up William, very useful. Does coincide with the timeline you always said. From what you heard did he say "before September" rather than "before end of September"? (I realize it's not that a big a difference either way).

Another kick-the-can strategy... Why doesn't this CEO provide a definite end date for any of the milestones? It is always "year-end," "quarter-end," or "2H."

Everything will slide to next year and beyond. This garbage never had a meeting with the FDA, but every time he used to say he got input from the FDA. Why would the FDA get involved in a foreign trial?

Great write-up, thanks for providing. September timeframe is consistent with company's previous statements about MAA and EMA. Missling is right to say 'as early as' because it could go a bit past Sept if there are any difficulties completing that big application.
