Another kick-the-can strategy... Why doesn't this CEO provide a definite end date for any of the milestones? It is always "year-end," "quarter-end," or "2H."
Everything will slide to next year and beyond. This garbage never had a meeting with the FDA, but every time he used to say he got input from the FDA. Why would the FDA get involved in a foreign trial?
Great write-up, thanks for providing. September timeframe is consistent with company's previous statements about MAA and EMA. Missling is right to say 'as early as' because it could go a bit past Sept if there are any difficulties completing that big application.
