I looked at the 1A/ A and found this to be a huge red flag.

Seminal Church, a Washington State Non-Profit Corporation is a selling stock holder.

They seem awfully radical!

The fact that the company is based in NV and has a gold mine in Indonesia should be a red flag for anyone. Now the audit team (poor suckers) were supposed to go in May. Surely they should be back by now and the audit published.

I did...they aren't making any profits. They are also processing gold for others...and am sure some of it is from illegal mines. The area is rich in gold and illegal mine activity.

Most of what is shown as revenue stays with the locals and other on behalf of said company and capex. LOL...capex sounds very funny here.

You don't need to exploit something as a scam when the so called scammy annual shows this..lol. With that said...look at the cash flow of the last quarterly..lol:

So...if we take these financials at face value ;) ....who's the real scam artist. The Company or the local Indonesian entity making all the coin....and how about those so called land usage rights of $500k for the past quarter. If 's real....it's shit. But of it's a scam...it sucks at it's job of being a scam. :)


If you want to see a real mining financial...they would separate processing from other....that's a big deal.
