Promising an audit but never, ever coming through is in Chapter 1 of the Penny Playbook. BMXI has been promising an audit since at least 2019, since I first became aware of them. At least 5 years of dangling an audit as "imminent", yet no audit - how odd. If you think this "junior" actually has any intent to ever do an audit, I've got some Arizona oceanside property that you might be interested in.
I think you mentioned you had some kind of accounting background....why not take a few minutes and go through their annual report and see if it seems reasonable to make such incredible profits every year yet still have to rely on convertible debt with all the resulting dilution?
Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
