Neither are a subsidiary of Enzolytics, nor are they subs of any other company. I understand the need for these new corporations. To pretend they were subsidiaries is misleading.

It's the same as pretending that the problems between the two management teams started with the formation of the subs BGEN and VIRO.

Those subs started when BioClonetics and Enzolytics merged. If the problems started when they were merging, then in my opinion they should have split at that time and not proceeded with the merger.
The CCC team has a long uphill battle to win back shareholder confidence of myself and I'm guessing some others.
