The European patents are due in soon, and they have worth if Clone3 and Clone7 are ready as Chandra indicated. Also, the South American volunteer trials are supposed to get underway once the smoke clears.
Could be a BS story, might be the truth too. The new patents they were waiting on are Euro-Patents, that under the EMA between the states and EU, can accelerate trial approvals in the USA if they prove successful in the EU. That's the way it has been for about 3 years now, the plan, the schedule and now Harry's selloffs/destruction.
Not much to hang a hat on, I agree, but a still slight candle burning at the end of the tunnel. Or, Shara-bs-hura might create a stock spike by promising all of these new tech distribution sales, and having some couple of MM's pump it for him.
