Long story short the current HHS secretary Xavier Becerra under the FJ Biden administration is a treasonous corrupt child trafficking POS. There will be a new HHS secretary come January which will represent We the People and not big pharma. Actually big pharma's assets, patents and personal assets are being seized daily into the US Treasury under Executive Orders still in effect.

The new HHS secretary will decide what the rules and regulations will be under the NoPain Act and what qualifies for any government reimbursement, not CMS which currently represents big pharma.
Things are about to change. HHS oversees CMS!

Biel's PEMF devices more than qualifies with their FDA approvals which they achieved through clinical trials.
Biel already has CMS coverage for wound care.
