I'm not a lawyer but I reckon a six year old could win this case! Just follow the money and the messages! Blatant scam. Simple. I honestly think we will see a claim against them in the press releases that sends this back to penny land in quicktime. Would not suprise me at all. Desperate times may force a desperate solution. I would beg one of the tier 1s they are working to sign a contract with share buying of $5 to $10 for 10m shares. A big favor that is worth to do for the tier 1 for favorable terms. All problems go away Immediately. Michael, are you listening?
