As this tragedy plays out, one of the only remaining questions is: what would a court of law think about the misleading statements made by LWLG management over the past decade?

How easy would it be to prove that LWLG management routinely made statements that they either knew - or, by any reasonable standard, should have known - were inaccurate?

If I were LWLG management, I’d be thinking long and hard about repeated statements such as “we expect significant revenue generation to begin later this year” that have been made for years on end, despite the fact that they are still working the kinks out of the technology as we speak and trying to get it to work.
