That only works if no clock off period, and that is something they would never disclose.

Is there any procedural reason to hold the meeting end of June? Any kind of regulation that stipulates this is the last day possible considering when the last one was held? We need to play devils advocate and find another reason for the date they selected.

Why would a Senior Vice President, General Counsel want you to think it was happening in Fall instead of late June?
