Don’t know
I think someone posted some excerpt from that Delaware case about them needing to ratify bonuses by voting. I don’t have access to those court filings . If someone can look it up . When is the next event scheduled in that case ,??

Years ago when discussing ASM meeting delays I thought someone had determined a shareholder can file suit to force a meeting.

Maybe someone forced their hand and they didn’t want to slow walk it through the courts.

Reefrad,

I agree. The court can order a set date if there is a shareholder complaint filed or NWBO can set a date themselves if they do it before a court order if they see a court date likely to be set and want to stay ahead of the forced date. Just thinking like a bear tells me that any forced ASM before approval or other price supporting news could result in a significant short attack afterwards. The normal summer swoon in biotechs (sell in May and go away) could be delayed somewhat for NWBO until after the ASM based on hopes for news. After that time, without news, would be the time to plan a major bear raid attack because of disgruntled longs feeling set up for news that did not materialize. Going to be interesting how this all plays out. Best advice is to be prepared for what may or may not happen. Best wishes.
