Frankly after approval is announced I doubt you'll ever be able to get a share for below $1, and perhaps not below $2.

Financial markets are communicating vessels. If there was major news coming, the stock would have already discounted it so forget an approval soon.
The stock is on a downward trend and it's going to take big news to turn things around. Not in 4 months, we need news now.
The company's management is incapable of handling the situation. Too slow to react and too disconnected from reality.
I’m anxious to get the proxy and send a clear message to the board.
Those who praise management are living in a parallel world.

when I said that after JAMA we would not gain that much, I was booohed and scolded. Prior to the JAMA article, everyone was convinced we would trade over $5 after the article was published. Ooh the article would make the world aware that NWBO has the goods to treat all solid tumors and then then then we would be awarded by true value. Well, that didn't happen.

As long as management has NOT arranged large sums of non dilutive cash or dilutive but against much higher SP we will not appreciate that much after UK approval. I hate to tell you this.

Its all about the money people, nobody gives a crap about potential science platforms.
