There will be a day, some day, when what I'm saying will be true, I can't say today is that day, but you really can't say it isn't. No one knows precisely what tomorrow will bring. If the 150 day UK timing began with submission, today should be the day they'd target for making their decision. If they made the decision and announced it to the company at the end of their normal working day, it would be after the market opened today. I believe in that circumstance tomorrow, before the bell, would be when it would be announced.

Of course this may not be the case, but we'll not know until tomorrow. On more than one occasion I've seen nothing in the trading on the day before a major announcement that signalled something major was coming. I know technicians believe they can detect something, but there have been a number of cases where both stock price and trading volume were down the day prior to a major announcement where trading was halted and the stock gapped up dramatically. Frankly after approval is announced I doubt you'll ever be able to get a share for below $1, and perhaps not below $2.
