Although I still hope that further distributions will follow somewhen, I fully can agree to that what UpTickMeA$AP wrote.
You can't always refer to "hedgies" without have further information / proof from them. So it might be quite possible that the funds wrote this off as tax losses many years ago. On the other side (and that might be a question to @UpTickMeA$AP) - why are the" hedgies" not open to confirm this when they are asked from different users here by email ? They still have something to hide ?
I have never followed the topic with the UW in detail, but there were also logical explanations written why they have gone this way.
So again - this is no real proof for me that further distributions will follow, but just wishful thinking. Get in contact with the fonds-managers, UW or whoever and ask them for further information to have your thinking confirmed.
