Wrong. Go back and listen 100 times to what he said.

Instead:
Les Goldman

“As part of our dialogue with them, if we heard there was something wrong, we’d have to say so, and that would be material, so no news is good news.”

He clearly meant news regarding MHRA , something that could be considered negative . It doesn’t take a rocket science to interpret that . But everyone is free to interpret the way one wants .
Sure there is certainly a possibility that RFI issued . Everyone is free to take whatever from that video

Hmm
Interview was recorded May 9 as he says in the interview Nature article published “yesterday” so that would mean May 8th
If Mar 4 was the start of clock RFI had to be issued in 60 days if I understand the process right , and consensus here is calendar days , so that will be before May 9.

Nice try though !!!

You can be pretty hilarious sometimes, ex 😂

As sharp as you have been in the past to criticize and point out possible weaknesses, you’ve become as dull as a knife. NWBO has been debunking the FUD narrative repeatedly, leaving you with no option but to resort to arguments that are comparable to flat earth theories.

We saw how you clung to the idea that DCVax-L is not ATL-DC in the two UCLA combo trials. You even went so far as to comment on the new Nature article, suggesting there was confusion about the drug used. Well in YOUR "namespace" perhaps.

There never was any confusion. Only in the short and FUD community, whose audience continually opted for conspiracy theories and laughed off fact after fact—from UCLA doctors, UCLA website articles, presentations, and even statements stated in an online video presentation by Linda Liau.

And now you are going to tell us that you interpret "no news" as if NWBO hasn't released any news 🙄

I won't call it a "new low," because the limbo stick is already on the floor, but EVERYONE—long-term investors, of course—will know Les meant that MHRA's "no news" is good news.

BUT ... I wish you all the luck the next two weeks keeping the SP at bay, because I need to add another 20K!

Clearly there have been some Regulatory roadblocks that has halted this application in its tracks, which prompted Les to make the ‘Fall’ statement.

A lot here are now trying to rationalise that away, and put a positive spin on it. These are the same investors who were confident that a MAA would be granted this week.!

Rest assured, something has happened during the scrutiny of this application, that was significant enough for Les to be awkwardly pushed in front of the webcam.

As I indicated previously, when a company approaches the NHS, with a view to supply services & goods, in this post Covid Era, every published footprint it leaves since the company’s formation, is looked at, for these snippets can often paint an entirely different picture than that painted on a glossy PowerPoint presentation, whilst making the hard sell.

Moreover, both its past & current financial health and it internal Governance decisions are also very important, as that will determine its fitness to supply all services & treatments it may or may not be contracted to do by the NHS now.

This is the reality away from the hive mind !
