Disagree .... IMO, the preferred "A" shares are the source of the "green consumption" shares.
One Preferred "A" share = 50,000 common shares upon conversion.
91% of the authorized common shares, including converted Preferred "A" shares, belong to the company.
IMHO, the minimum common share price is $.50 based on the Preferred "B" par value of $10 divided by the common share conversion of 20.
$10/20 = $.50
As I said, I do believe that this will be the MINIMUM value of common shares at the beginning.
