One premium A share converts to 50,000 common... meaning they could convert 3000 Class A shares before the O/S equals the A/S.

The company said in the first amendment that a R/S was in the best interests of everyone... so they changed their minds? This assumption is made because the most recent amendment, changing the name back, didn't mention a R/S?
