Their business model is to give shares to customers.......

The O/S is 4.5 billion and the A/S is 4.65 billion......

So they HAVE to do a R/S in order to get more shares available to give shares to customers, because otherwise they only have 150 million shares available to give away.

The only question about the R/S is WHEN.

Alternatives: increase the A/S.... Not likely. Or cancel shares... but whose? Wang's billion shares or Dwyer's 205 million? Not likely.
