the company had not added or changed anything of its Dec 20 MHRA submission as of March 2024.

If the company received an RFI and NWBO responded, wouldn't this mean they technically added to the submission package? Since they had to "add/provide" additional information?

If they did not alter the submission as of March 2024, I think it would be safe to assume no RFI was requested.
