No one would say in a definite way when MHRA approval will come out even they probably feel it will be next month. The chance of that not coming true is always a possibility. So what Les was saying is quite standard, ie., instead of saying they expect approval will occur in June, adding several months and saying it probably will be later, in the fall.

Wow too many stupid persons on this board like flip flopper, and even more that may follow the flip flopper blindly.

In my reading of the Q, I am not so sure about the sense of no news is a good news stuff,. ie., the company had not added or changed anything of its Dec 20 MHRA submission as of March 2024.

Now Les' talking as of 9 May 2024 confirms that it is true the company has not received any requests from MHRA that would warrant as being material.

So in this sense, his saying the company is on track for expedited approval process has a solid base because there has been no RFI as of 9 March 2024 while his prediction the company would be able to talk detail later, in fall is just conservative, in a way any reasonable person would say to be safe, preventing any future liability, particularly lawsuit.

I may have bought a lot of flipped shares today and am super happy about that.
