Couple things Dj. It’s very common for someone to change their name on IHUB. Anyone can do it at anytime. But you can only have one name per IP address IP is your provider not your email so if you have a email with AOL and a email with Yahoo both come to you via your IP provider say for instance Comcast. So if you tried to set up a name and it was Dj through your AOL and then tried to do the name of Jd trough your Yahoo email IHUB would stop one of them because the IP address is the same and your IP also has your personal info So they could see Bill Frosty lives at the same household.

Second the price will be much higher than 3 cents. If we use a standard 20 times earnings, which is average according to AI and the three company’s have 5 million in earnings, and not using OneMindNG or Durham or Contrivian the PPS will be much higher then 3 cents I would say closer to .08 a share. But if they give a projected earnings for the company using all of them it could be much higher

I absolutely do not see sales teams expanding from the total number of sales people already in all the companies.

given acquisitions costs, and expanding sales force? May be in a year with solid sales it begins to climb incrementally?


Understand that one of the driving forces for a lot of mergers and acquisitions is simply to eliminate duplicate expenses among the 3 (or 7) companies involved: sales, accounting, CEO, HR, etc., etc. I don’t believe that is THE driving force in this case but it will still be performed where fitting. Imho
On top of that, the 800 lb gorillas (DELL, Orange, NVDA, etc.) here will do a lot of the sales work that you would have to do without them. So, I see expenses eliminated to start with, not expanded.
