The deal allows Advent to provide those services on behalf of NWBO at NWBO’s built factory, which is a kind of risk shifting and symbiosis again that makes lesser resources go further and do more.
It sounds good to make these ridiculous claims by shorts. You just have to fail to lay out all the facts and make it sound like something it definitely isn’t.
