If you had any clue about the Kramers you would know this is what they have been doing for years. They will just pay the fine and create new companies and do it all over again. Has absolutely nothing to do with DBMM just bag holders like yourself are so desperate you will try anything to lure in new sheep to buy your worthless shares.

As alleged, Kramer and his companies were not registered as dealers with the SEC or associated with a registered broker-dealer, as their activities required them to do.


What does this have to do with naked shorting or DBMM? Right... NOTHING!

Hopefully this finally blows up THE BIG LIE!

If I was long and believed the crazy NSS tales, I'd see this news as very bad news indeed!

Good. Kramer is a skunk and that has been said here by myself and many others. I'm glad the SEC is able to nail him for wrongdoing. It remains to be seen whether or not DBMM is included in that group of companies though. Let's wait and see.

Has nothing to do with naked shares though.
