What is sad is that the only law he broke is doing his toxic loans as an Unregistered Securities Dealer. If I understand this correctly, if he was registered, he wouldn't even have broken any laws.
Apparently being a predatory lender is OK if you are a Registered Securities Dealer?
Whether DBMM is in that group is irrelevant. Any penalty will be paid to the SEC.
