Even though SAGA is delisted, SAGA must have paid to ENZC or to Harry some monies and SAGA thinks that it still owns VIRO. Time will tell if SAGA is going to cause any problems for ENZC to go forward.

Additionally, Harry will fight hard with Charles to retain his control of ENZC. SAGA will take side with Harry.

There will be more difficult legal battles ahead and more time goes wasted.
