One can Read this as the Securities (ENZC Stock put up by the 3C's for SAGA , may WELL INDEED come back to them Cotropia both Charles and Joseph, along with Chandra. If that is the case they have Controlling Preferrred A Shares (remember Harry Z has not filed any disclosure (just PR) official forms on anything) . Should all be waiting for a NEW and IMPROVED Shareholder meeting , get ready Harry Z you have met your match with Charles C.
