Completely false. Like I said yesterday, by your logic, I could just go buy some public shares of Tesla and own Elon’s patents and assets. You’re confusing insider shares with public shares. You don’t have any rights to their assets or patents just because you voluntarily invested money. Learn as well what safe harbor statements are and the fact that any investment can lose money.
