I don't doubt that XTI tried to pull something on XERI, but this back and forth with the delays will go on forever. XTI will just keep asking for dismal after dismal and our court system is so f'd up they will keep allowing it to happen. Xeri needs to focus on Nexboard and updating shareholders about progress. If it is even happening. I know you believe it, but many here question Duffy and what is actually going on.

If you read the complaint it is clear as preponderance of the evidence that Xeriant must have been aware of XTI's lack of TriFan 600 plans design, and most likely therefore all parties aware as they worked in cognizant conjunction, Xeriant with XTI Aircradt, as where thereafter Xeriant continued to fund the JV with Millions more dollars.
