The lawsuit against XTI is totally unrelated to NEXBOARD and totally legitimate! XTI is desperate to have the complaint dismissed. In a civil trial like this, XERI only has to establish that the preponderance of the evidence supports its case, unlike a criminal case where the accuser needs to establish guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
