Hayward, there are no guarantees that the price would go up but the earnings per share would increase with all things being equal. Thus it becomes a more valuable company. If they had to later raise more capital to grow, you'd be happy with them selling those 50 million shares(assuming we bought back at $1/sh) back to the market at say $5 share.

I never said the price will go up I have no idea what will happen all I am saying is less shares outstanding is better for shareholders. I would rather they buy back as low as possible. Keep the price low until buyback and then I would like to see the share price go up
